Terri-Lee was instrumental in creating new learning material for our Program on human rights in a relatively polarized context in a time where our resources were scarce, and the workload was heavy. She worked with our stakeholders to ensure that the programming reflected the needs of the community. Her work ethic, skill, and determination enabled us to deliver much needed quality training in a timely manner to employees and their managers across the federal public service.
