TRM Consulting is lead by expert adult educator and meeting facilitator Terri-Lee Rayvals Mele, who has over 30 years experience utilizing a dynamic and engaging trauma-informed approach that adheres to the principles and practices of adult education.
TRM Consulting is comprised of a network of meeting and workshop designers and facilitators equipped to work in non-profit, government, and business environments on workplace, social justice, and equity issues.
Through detailed consultation, workshops and facilitation are curated by meeting clients and learners where they are at and working with them to establish and achieve the desired results.
As a well-respected and sought-after community, union and workplace educator, Terri-Lee has also designed and delivered workshops to develop other educators in both workshop facilitation and workshop design.
